Natalia Siwinska

A graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław. She has been dealing with horse diseases since graduation, but she has been interested in horses since childhood. She gained her extensive experience in many clinics, both in Poland and abroad. After graduation, she completed an internship at the Equi Vet Serwis Horse Clinic of Dr. Maciej Przewoźny, where she later worked as an independent doctor for over two years. Since 2015, she has been professionally associated with the Department of Internal Medicine of Horses, Dogs and Cats, University of Life Sciences in Wrocław.

During her many years of practice, she gained experience in many renowned horse treatment centers, such as TiHO in Germany, VetMedUni in Austria, Animal Health Trust in Great Britain, Clinique vétérinaire équine de Grosbois in France, Weipers Center Equine Hospital in Scotland, Animal Clinic (Equine cardioteam) Ghent University in Belgium.

Her main clinical interests are internal diseases of horses – in particular diseases of the respiratory system, cardiology, diseases of the digestive system, diseases of the urinary system, liver diseases and ultrasound diagnostics of the chest (including heart) and abdominal cavity. Two of these fields of medicine became the subject of her doctoral dissertation, entitled “Diagnosis of early kidney damage in horses using ultrasound and serum and urine biomarkers.” She diagnoses patients with accuracy, according to the “thread to the ball” principle, and cooperation with many centres from abroad allows her to consult for her patients with the greatest specialists in the world.
