Dr. Molly Allen obtained her DVM degree from Tufts University, then completed an equine internship in surgery and anesthesia at a specialty hospital in Australia. She practiced as an equine veterinarian and anesthetist in Australia for three years before commencing her residency in anesthesia and pain management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Allen is an anesthesiologist at BluePearl Specialty & Emergency Pet Hospital in Boston. Her special interests include anesthesia training, patient safety, advanced locoregional techniques, and strategies for promoting enhanced recovery from anesthesia in small animal patients.
