Raquel Salgüero graduated from University Complutense of Madrid in 2006. After some years in general practice she did two internships in referral hospitals before starting the residency in Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI) in 2012 at the University of Cambridge. In 2015 she passed her exam and became a Specialist of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging.  She has worked in several referral hospitals in the UK before returning to Spain in the beginning of 2017 to be the head of Diagnostic Imaging of the Hospital Veterinario Puchol in Madrid.
