Paul graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2006. Following this he worked for four years in small animal practice in Somerset. During this time he developed a strong interest in internal medicine and achieved the RCVS certificate in Small Animal Medicine (CertSAM). In 2010 Paul moved to the University of Bristol to undertake a residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine and Critical Care. He was awarded Diplomate status at the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2014 and is a recognised European Specialist in this area. Paul has a strong interest in haematological disorders and emergency medicine although he enjoys all aspects of internal medicine.
