Minna Mustikka graduated from University of Helsinki, Finland in 2012. After graduation, she worked in mixed practice with mostly small animal patients. In 2013, Minna completed a 12-month rotating internship in University of Helsinki Equine hospital. From 2014 to 2017 she worked in a private equine hospital in Hyvinkää, Finland and completed the Finnish specialisation programme in equine diseases. In late 2017, Minna started her residency in University of Helsinki Teaching hospital under the supervision of Dipl ECVO Elina Pietilä.
