Mathilde graduated at Utrecht University in 2013. She has been working at Tierklinik Lüsche, Germany, since then. Being active in showjumping herself, and with a special interest in sports medicine she added the role of German team veterinarian for driving in 2014. Currently, Mathilde is also enrolled in a joint PhD with the University of Ghent and Utrecht University, researching high-power laser therapy in equine tendinopathy.
