She brings more than six years of healthcare real estate experience, supported by a deep professional background in healthcare operations, dental practice growth, banking, and SBA financial analysis. This combination gives Jennifer a uniquely informed perspective on the needs of healthcare providers, allowing her to approach real estate not merely as a transaction, but as a core driver of EBITDA, valuation, and long-term strategic positioning.

Jennifer leads with a relationship-centered philosophy and is known for her ability to build trust with physicians, executives, and investment teams navigating complex growth decisions. Her work spans national site selection, lease negotiations, and cross-functional advisory across multiple specialties and markets.

She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Business Minor from Samford University. Jennifer is based in Alabama and is a licensed real estate professional.
