David graduated from Vetsuisse Faculty of Bern in 2004. After finishing his doctoral thesis, he continued his education with a small animal internship. This was followed by his residency in small animal surgery likewise in Bern. In 2013, David became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons ECVS. After having worked as an instructor at the Small animal clinic of the University of Bern, he joined the Tierklinik in Thun in 2012, where he is head of the surgical unit. David’s interests and activities are diverse, covering the entire field of small animal surgery.
