Clint is the Director of Accounting and Finance for Inova Partners. In his role he serves as the financial leadership for several large equine practices as well as a growing management company. Clint obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tarleton State University and a master’s of science in accounting from Texas A&M Commerce. He started his career in banking where he performed commercial credit analysis for a large financial institution doing financial statement analysis, large loan underwriting, and technical support for financial and equity transactions. Clint went on to serve as Business Director of a start-up lakefront retirement village. In that role he compiled and reported the financial accounting for the businesses, processed payroll,  as well as managed a team of 100+ for the venture. He also spent time as senior staff for a private equity firm based out of Fort Worth, TX specializing in private investment transactions and alternative investments. His role with the private equity firm allowed for extensive insight into capital markets, liquidity reporting and management, and equity transactions. . Clint joined Equine Practice Management Group in 2013 which came to form as Inova Partners. Clint was instrumental in the growth of the organization into what it is today.
