Cheryl is an accomplished leader with a diverse background spanning leadership development, learning and development, HR, operations, and organizational change. She currently serves as Chief People Officer at PetVet, where she leads the company’s people strategy in support of veterinary practices nationwide. With deep expertise in fostering cultural transformation and building exceptional work experiences, she is passionate about helping people reach their full potential, regardless of role, while elevating team and client care. 

A certified facilitator and executive coach, Cheryl has led her own coaching and consulting practice and held leadership roles at BellSouth, Allstate Financial, Humana and Mortenson Dental Partners. Prior to PetVet, she served as Chief People and Brand Officer at Healogics, the nation’s leading provider of advanced wound care, overseeing HR and Marketing for more than 600 centers nationwide. 

A Kentucky native, Cheryl earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and an Executive MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Chicago. She resides in Atlantic Beach, Florida, with her husband, Steve, and their dog, Rudy. Outside of work, she enjoys weekends on the tennis court and visiting family, including her two adult children, Elizabeth and Steven.
