Anne graduated in 1992 from Nantes vet school. She presented a thesis (doctorat vétérinaire) in 1993 on the following subject: Contribution to the evaluation of the workload for Trotters in training and racing. From 1993 to 2001, she worked in Laval, France in a research institute called Pegase-Mayenne which included both human and equine aspects of sport medicine. While working, she did a PhD which was presented in 1997 on the subject: Field exercise test for Trotters. Since 2001, Anne has worked as a lecturer in Equine internal medicine in Nantes vet school (Oniris). She became a Diplomate from the European College of Equine Internal Medicine (ECEIM) in 2004 and was reaccredidated in 2009 and 2014. She became a professor in 2016. Anne’s main field of interests are sport medicine, respiratory, cardiac and muscular disease. From February 2013 to September 2014, she was the VSM (Veterinary Services Manager) for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2014 in Normandy. In July 2016, she was the responsible and the internal medicine specialist in the equine clinic in the Olympics in Rio.
