Are you a passionate small animal veterinarian early in your career and looking to deepen your knowledge, grow your network, and step into a flexible and occasional role within the veterinary education space? We're offering an exciting opportunity for one enthusiastic vet in North America to become a Panel Discussion Host for some of our live online events!

What’s Involved?
As a host, you'll be responsible for welcoming and supporting the panelists and moderator, including providing basic support in the Zoom platform (such as screen sharing, background management, using the Q&A function). You will open and close the live session, welcome the attendees, introduce the speakers, and manage in-session polls and breaks.

Timing & Commitment:
Hosting duties will take place between approx. 5:30pm and 8:30pm EST, giving you the flexibility to fit this opportunity around your clinic work. These sessions typically run occasionally to once or twice a month.

What’s In It for You?
This is not a paid role, but it comes with exceptional value:

  • Free access to our library of high-end small animal online learning
  • 20% discount off all our 1.5- or 2-day Workshops
  • Invaluable exposure to leading specialists and current clinical debates
  • Hands-on hosting experience with full training and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For:

  • A clear and confident communicator with a friendly, professional presence
  • Comfortable using Zoom and quick to learn basic technical functions
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet environment to host from
  • Reliable, organized, and genuinely interested in small animal medicine

Whether you’re a new graduate or have a few years under your belt, if you’re excited by the idea of connecting people and ideas while building your own knowledge base, we’d love to hear from you!
