CONTENT DESCRIPTION

Join the world's top airway surgeons for a discussion like no other! Based on real-life cases, common dilemmas we all face in decision making concerning equine upper airway problems will be extensively debated. If you want honest opinions from individuals who face these types of clinical challenges on a daily basis and have decades of experience, then this event is for you. As part of this panel discuss the 3 world-renowed experts will discuss the following conundrums amongst many others:

  • Which horses are good candidates for a nerve graft, will this work and how should these horses be managed after surgery?
  • When is the tie-back still the right treatment, what is the real success rate, what can go wrong and how do we fix it?
  • When the trainer doesn't like the LASER...
  • Is the tie-forward a waste of time if 70% of horses with intermittent DDSP get better despite us?

Attendees are encouraged to review the real-life case material prior to the panel discussion maximising how much they will gain from the exchanges between the experts.
